Review on LocalClarity by Satish Greener

They have been able to help our business with both SEO as well mapping. The team has worked very hard to understand the needs of the business and tailor solutions that will suit us best. There is nothing I dislike about them so far - would love if they could work remotely once in awhile! We don't currently use any specific software from LocalClarity but we've discussed several options. The dashboard is easy to use, allows you to see all your reviews at once which makes it easier to manage them. I would like that it was possible to have multiple managers in one account as we currently can only add one manager per listing so if we want more people involved with our business then we need to create two listings - this could be improved! We are using Local Clarity mainly for managing customers' feedback but also keeping track of new listings and adding/removing managers from accounts.
