The fan weight kit is pretty simple and this one works great. Balanced one of our fans with no problems. Well, except for one, for which he took a star off. Instructions. That's a bad English interpretation at first, but there's not a single SPACE anywhere. I took a picture. If you really need this guide, maybe look at another product. If you don't need instructions this is a great set. Most won't need them, it's not rocket science.
