Review on 🖥️ TESmart 2 PCs Dual Monitor KVM Switch 4K @60Hz - HDCP 2.2 Support by Louis Mechtak

I was looking for a good, economical dual monitor KVM for my home office. Upon doing research, the TESmart device kept popping up online and had some pretty decent reviews/ratings. The cost was 1/3 of the nearest competitor (HDMI). Once installed (please note they don't include battery with RF controller) I think it can be returned. The first problem was that the devices didn't recognize my keyboard. After restarting both and turning kvm on and off several times, the keyboard worked. But he asked me to repeat this process several times. The biggest problem I see so far is with the mouse. For some odd reason, if it sits still for a while and then I move it, the screen scrolls up or down. (The mouse can move in any direction and causes this behavior). And it's not easy to scroll, it moves you up or down the page, document, etc. I've tried it in multiple apps, major web browsers, and even a few games, and it keeps repeating itself in all of them. Another problem I encountered is the mouse freezing. When this happens, it affects both machines. So I have to turn the switch off and on again to get the mouse working again. I was just on this page and can't even find any fixes. I contacted their support team hoping to get an answer but it's been 24 hours and still no answer. Pros - The design is nice and clean and the cables that come with it are way better than expected (excellent quality) Support: N/A still haven't gotten a response from them. (Update: Support has reached out and they are very nice, but unfortunately they don't use a multifunction/gaming mouse. I use them because I programmed inputs to streamline my workflow in the apps and tools I use for the work. I will try today to see if that solves the problem)
