THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

We came across this company on Best Buy. Please believe they DID NOT disappoint. The seller is AMAZING! They answer promptly to all my questions and too my concerns very seriously. This made our infertility journey a lot more better. I can’t express how happy I am with the product and the company. So happy. So so so happy with my purchase.

Very impressed in my review

Very very impressed with the quality of this! The letters came very organized with their own box to store them in, letter board was very sturdy. Highly recommend!

Letters will not stay on the board

Looks promising But. I just couldn’t deal with the falling letters.So this was my first letter board - I originally intended to have it on a wall along family artwork, but I thought , let’s just use it as display.As I opened the box I was appreciative of the thank you note and packaging- the box that stored the letters. But sadly all that joy was gone when I struggled finding the right items.The letters / numbers where all scrambled which made me think that this was a returned item. I doubt it…

Great value for all the extras

I think the board is a great value for all you get. The organizer box is great but not that sturdy, the slots tend to slide up and down easy. I love the board however my only complaint is that the tab on the back of the lettter that pushes into the board is only at the bottom so when I went to hang it multiple letters fell. You really have to adjust them onto the board correctly.

Amazing Product / Highly Recommend

I am very surprised by the quality of this product. Based on the price I was not expecting a lot, but I was impressed when I opened it up. The board was very pretty. I expected all the letters to be in a little bag, however they came organized in a wooden box. They even provided a little bag to place the letters. The packaging was very pretty and there was a lot of information provided about the product. I would highly recommend.

Board itself is awesome, the letters are another story

The letter board is actually really nice, it looks great and feels durable. However, I chose this one because of the storage container and pre-sorted & cut letters. The storage container came broken and the letters were not sorted (which took a huge chunk out of my day to fix). Some symbols and the months/days were not pre-cut (which isn’t actually a big deal, I just didn’t notice when ordering). It also seems like the letters/numbers that you get are random because I received a massive pile of

Overall nice letter board.

It says to email if I have any problems however I sent an email to the email address you provided and I got the response "Your message couldn't be delivered to ***"First I must say the way this is packaged is beautiful. Very nicely put together in the box. Presentation is 5/5!I'm going to post my problems here since I cannot email you.1. So there was TWO hairs in my box2. I'm a little bit disappointed that all of these letters are thrown together. Why wasn't a, b, c than d, e, f put together…

Good gift came broken

It’s a lovely piece. I’ve bought five for gifts. Four so far great! The teachers loved them and another friend when I put attributes to their name. The fifth one however came broken on the plastic. It’s a birthday gift so I’m sad and it’s too late to return.I really don’t know how it could be broken because the box is huge with bubble wrap inside. I think someone returned it and it didn’t get checked.I’d still purchase this again because it’s one out of four. Comes with so many letters great…

Value for money. best in my review

The product is worth every penny. I was looking at other options from Target and Walmart as well. This one tops the list. For the price that I paid, I couldn’t have gotten anything better. The quality of product is fantastic as well. No complains.

Amazing customer service

Amazing product. Such a cute way to share our pregnancy reveal. I am also using it to take weekly bump pictures 💖 Their customer service is also amazing! They respond right away and offer good fixes to any problem.

Perfect for Back to School and More

I was hoping to get something under $20, but this set was well worth the cost. The pieces are sturdy and the storage container was really nice! Plus the stand was a little surprise. I bought it for back to school, but can't wait to use it for weekly quotes or something else around the house.

Okay product for the price

The letter board itself is nice and came with a cute little easel. Letters were decent!However the box that contained all the little letters was broken. The wood was snapped and the plastic cover was half way off. The organizer key was not helpful whatsoever. All of the letters, symbols, and numbers were mixed throughout the container.

Everything you could dream of

This is everything you could dream of. They really knocked it out of the park on this. First the packaging is awesome, it’s got an awesome box for the letters and also a bag. An Easel, and the board is very nice. I never leave reviews but this one was so good I had to. Nice job! Everyone will really enjoy this! Worth every cent!
