Easy to assemble, does its job, light

I use this in my room because I didn't have enough hooks in my closet to put things. It was easy to assemble and it looks as it is pictured/described. Easy to move, even with things on it. Only complaint is that the rack is fairly lightweight which means that it can tip over easily if one side weighs just a little bit more than the other.

Pros
  • ‎Metal
Cons
  • May not match certain décor styles

Getting our life together!

It is a nice coat rack to get our bag and hat clutter under control. It was fairly simple to put together. I started assembling it by hand with a phillips screwdriver, but my husband finished off most of it, using the drill to screw it together which went much faster. I was a little worried because some people said it was a bit wobbly but I haven't noticed any stability issues. I have it on a hard surface but I imagine carpeted areas may not be as sturdy? It looks nice and simple and does its…

Pros
  • Perfect for families with kids who need a designated area for their belongings
Cons
  • May take up too much floor space in small or cramped entryways

Don't hang anything heavier than a tee shirt on it.

Looked good in the photos and it is not hard to assemble but when put in practice it does not work as hoped. If you try to hang something heavy (like a winter coat) from one end if not properly balanced, it just falls over. This can be repeated if it is loaded equally around with coats and you happen to hang an additional coat. *plopp* it just falls over. the problem seems to be that although it DOES have three feet and not just two, they are very close to the center pole. Much too close it…

Pros
  • Versatile design can be used to hang more than just coats
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in homes with pets or children

Tons of hooks! good for me

Holds a ton of coats, hats, scarves, and all other winter apparel. Super easy to assemble and looks great! It’s pretty sturdy as long as you distribute the weight around and don’t pull on it. Love that it’s a small form factor so it easily fits into the corner.

Pros
  • ‎No
Cons
  • Hooks may be spaced unevenly, causing an unbalanced appearance

Including a short heavy-duty screwdriver will help

This product replaces a wooden coat tree that had been severely damaged and was no longer as useful as it had once been. The Phillips-head screwdriving key that was included with the hardware was rather small, and not as useful in assembly of the coat tree as had been expected. Including a short heavy-duty screwdriver will help other customers who also wish to possess and employ this coat tree. Fortunately, a short heavy-duty screwdriver WAS available for the purpose; for such a tool to be…

Pros
  • Easy Assemnly: assembly required; use a Phillips head screwdriver/flat blade to tight the screws
Cons
  • Hooks may be too short to fit around larger items such as winter coats

Use your own Philips!

Its an ok item. Not as stable as I would like. You've got to hold the rack steady as you hang your coat on it so it won't tip over. The tiny screwdriver key they pack along with it does not screw in the parts straight or tight enough and causes a huge balance struggle so I greatly suggest not relying on the one they send and instead using your own Philips. If you are older, please get someone to help you out because it was difficult to keep my own screws straight. If you wear glasses, you'll…

Pros
  • Light enough to move around the room for optimal convenience
Cons
  • May not have enough space between hooks for bulkier items

Falls down a lot: my feedback

Building this was interesting, I got everything on but needed a drill to finish tightening the screws, I had to push to hard on it that all the things I had put on but did not tighten yet fell off.If you are not careful of where you hang things it will tip very easily. I use it for my family of 3; myself, boyfriend, and 8 year old and it falls on my son probably once every two weeks. I wish it was more sturdy. You should not have to calculate where to put your coat, especially since my son most

Pros
  • Durable metal construction adds a touch of industrial charm
Cons
  • May not be able to accommodate larger items such as backpacks or purses

I needed something affordable and not too tall. I'm 5'3. It's about my height. Overall it fulfills it's use for my needs to hang my 2 coats, jeans, shirts, 1 empty backpack, and bathrobe. There's more hook/hang space but it's not used.Assembling: 0/5 (when only using tool from package) then 4/5 (used tool from package and my own tool) when I used my head to figure out what I was doing wrong: It was not as simple as I assumed.Just to to screw in the screws you are better off with a friend…

Pros
  • Great addition to mudrooms, entryways, or even bedrooms
Cons
  • May not be able to accommodate items with delicate or heavy embellishments

Easy to assemble - took me about 10 minutes

I needed this in time for a few recent holiday parties, as our coat closet always overflows and coats wind up on chairs, etc. It does the trick.Pros: It holds a lot of coats, scarves, hats, etc. Lightweight. Easy to assemble - took me about 10 minutes.Cons: It is not very stable as there are 3 feet, rather than 4. If you put a light jacket on one side and a heavy coat on the other side, it will tip over. It's also kind of ugly - it looks cheap.Overall: The price is great, sure, but you get what

Pros
  • Coat Racks
Cons
  • May not be tall enough to accommodate larger coats

works well at the entrance

This was a bit tough to assemble with the enclosed screw driver. So get a Phillips screw driver with large handle. The self tapping screws need to be exactly straight and it requires some torque to put them all the way in. But, nothing stripped out, so that was nice. Once assembled, it works well beside my door to receive and hold coats, caps and hats. Stability and sturdiness are acceptable and it functions well for it's intended purpose.

Pros
  • Perfect for homes with limited closet space
Cons
  • May be difficult to keep organized and tidy
