Seem quite good! - my new review

Seem to do the job, though I'm waiting to see how they last before upping to five stars. I've had a lot of Dport to X cables fail or start dropping connection after a few months.

Pros
  • Versatile: This video cable can be used for a variety of applications, including gaming, streaming, and video conferencing, making it a versatile option for your office or home
Cons
  • May not provide enough quality and fidelity in highly-detailed images or photos

Pretty good cables good for me

Work good. Bought a bunch of them for hooking up zero clients to older DVI monitors. One out of 52 was bad. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Displayport Male connector with latches provides a secure Connection with a release button that must be Depressed before unplugging
Cons
  • May not produce accurate or consistent colors in images or videos

"3 feet? Yeah, okay, I'll be good. " Nope.

Seriously, 3 feet is shorter than you might expect. Performs well, but is really limiting. Just get the bigger one. May not support dual-monitor setups.

Pros
  • I bought this for work. I wanted a second monitor and this works.
Cons
  • May not support dual-monitor setups

A very well made, sturdy cable that does all it's supposed to do. I bought the 6 ft cable. My monitor has just VGA and DVI. My better monitor has DVI and HDMI which I wasn't aware of. I could have hooked one to the GPU's DVI outlet, but when I discovered HDMI, I used HDMI on the better monitor and this DisplayPort to DVI cable for the second monitor. When I hooked it up, there was nothing being displayed. I went through all the settings and wondered what kind of crap I bought. Uhm, be sure you…

Pros
  • Great product at great price.
Cons
  • DVI may not be a preferred connection type for some users

Works well, good value

Been working well for around 6mo so far with no issues. It's a bit chunky at around 4 x 5 cm, but somehow it fit just fine. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • The Cablelera ZPK051SI-110 DisplayPort To DVI Video Cable is made from high-quality materials, ensuring durability and longevity
Cons
  • May not offer enough bandwidth for collaborative online editing or sharing

Great cable, low price

Bought this for a third monitor, since my graphics card only has DisplayPort and HDMI this was just what I needed to hook it up. No problems at all with the cable, monitor picture stays clear and no weird glitches appear.

Pros
  • ZPK051SI-110
Cons
  • May produce distorted images or videos in certain conditions

Very Touchy Connection

I have had this cable installed in my two monitors since July of this year. One cable is still working and the other cable kept failing and has now officially failed. The connection point for the cable into the monitor is very touchy as well as the strain relief for the cable entering the connector. If you purchase this cable do not intend on having them installed on monitors that are in mounts due to the lack of strain relief for the connector.

Pros
  • good display quality, thick durable cord
Cons
  • May not offer a secure fit for both connectors

Does not work for DVI --> DisplayPort

The semantics on this item's description are more important than one might think. While it works fine for plugging in a DVI monitor to a video card with a DisplayPort, it does NOT work the other way around so you cannot use this to plug a DisplayPort monitor into a computer that only has a DVI output.

Pros
  • Computer Accessories & Peripherals
Cons
  • May be difficult to thread through small spaces or tight angles

Good quality/price on my review.

Very practical for use with PC where there is a display port to enhance the video quality. Good pricing and fgast shipping.

Pros
  • Did the job of connecting the HP laptop to a Dell monitor.
Cons
  • Poor quality materials may result in a short lifespan

Comparison With WalmartBasics Cable

We acquired a number of new PCs in one of our student labs, and the new PCs came with DisplayPort rather than VGA, HDMI, or DVI connectors. We had been using DVI before, so I acquired one each of this adapter cable and the WalmartBasics DisplayPort-DVI cable for comparison. The monitors are HP ZR2240Ws. We are using them at 1920 by 1080 resolution. There have been no display issues with either cable. The Cablelera seems very solidly constructed. The connectors are larger and the cable itself is…

Pros
  • Excellent deal on quality device as advertised, very satisfied.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use with gaming or multimedia applications

Works as intended. No complaints

Works as intended. Sturdy connectors. I would make sure that the length is enough. Buying a bit longermay help if your monitor and computer are farther apart.

Pros
  • Cablelera DisplayPort to DVI Cable 3ft
Cons
  • May not offer an adequate warranty or return policy

It works! - my new review

The product arrived and was easy to unbox. It was a bit short but I don't recall noting a length when I ordered it. This cable serves its purpose however I feel that the screw grips should be larger and more secure.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • May not be compatible with certain video conferencing software

Great quality cable

I got this cable to replace another one that had been blinking on me. I thought at the very least, since this was the cheapest option I could find to hook my monitor up to my computer, it wouldn't be a huge loss if it didn't work.It worked perfectly and was easy to set up. I haven't had a problem with the product, and my picture quality is perfect. It's sturdy and a great value for the money!

Pros
  • Work fine as expected. No issues with blurry picture experienced with other cables.
Cons
  • Cable may be difficult to bend or maneuver in tight spaces

Perfect converter for my opinion

So happy this cord was a quick fix for my replacement monitor that was not initially compatible with my PC. May not support HDR (High Dynamic Range) content.

Pros
  • Computers & Accessories
Cons
  • May not support HDR (High Dynamic Range) content
