I have replaced the OEM mirror with a backup camera (sold separately). Works very well. Simple and easy to install. The only reason for the 4 stars was that it seems to run down when adjusted (in other words, doesn't hold the position I've set). There might be an adjustment screw somewhere, but I can't find it. I installed it on a 2003 Honda Accord. If you plan to have this professionally installed I'll give it a 5 star rating. However, if you plan to DIY, I'll deduct 2 stars because the kit doesn't include what you need. Few instructions, no adapters included. Bought this mirror and an OEM Coolint 1080i rear view camera to use on my 2012 Dodge Journey. I ordered an adapter to convert a triple mount to a U mount and the mirror was easy to install.
