This shower head is excellent the rainfall style shower head is my favorite. The three color LED lets us know what temperature the water is, and the other shower implement works well.

This product is junk. We did purchase two item because looks great on picture. We did install one but rough in valve Defected . After today’s We ready to install the tile in shower we noticed valve is leaking and you have to again hired a plumber to remove or fix . But valve is not fixable. We are going to return items to smaller . Is not worth it to purchase and pay for installation two times. We were so lucky we catch it on time.

Arrived with a damaged handheld attachment that squirted everywhere, Then the Top part of the Rainfall attachment (Where the screws are) rusted within a month. I'm very disappointed because its a nice "looking" set, but not built to last very long

After having it professionally installed as part of a remodel it looked great. Three weeks in the oiled bronze finish started peeling off and falling in the bathtub. The screws on top of the rainfall shower head were rusted. This is substandard quality. I also bought and installed a different hand held shower because the original had such low pressure (due to this product, not the amount of water pressure I have). Everything I hoped for and then some. Looks good and feels even better to the touch. Came with everything needed. I was surprised to find out that the lights in the rainfall shower were battery powered. I don't know how long they will last or if they are easy to replace. Appears to be 4 small Philips in the corners to gain access.

So, my husband is extremely picky about shower heads, but this one exceeded every expectation. It’s powerful without being painful. It’s large enough for our big walk-in shower. After getting it all installed and using it about four times, the showerhead starts making a loud screeching noise, which is really annoying. Maybe this is their water saving method, since you won't say in the shower very long!

This shower set was perfect for our newly remodeled bathroom. Our plumber, who installed it, asked for all the information because he wanted one too! It's gorgeous and works great. I love to shower with my music and the lights! Good, clean fun!

The diverter for the shower isn’t adjustable so my hot water lasts for 5 mins and then it is cold sailing. Tried contacting the company but only option is return and hope the new one can be adjusted. Do your homework before buying anything like this on Best Buy.

I’ll update this post if it starts leaking or has any other issues.Had to install it through a contractor who cut out the wall. The cut out was necessary because my previous shower didn’t have a mixing valve (the center console which controls which way to pass the water and mix hot/cold water).Cost me about 28 hours of professional labor to have it installed. So you can have an estimate of how much to expect from your contractor.
