Description of 15.6" Laptop ASUS X515JA-BQ2024W 1920x1080, Intel Core i3 1005G1 1.2 GHz, RAM 8 GB, DDR4, SSD 256 GB, Intel UHD Graphics, Windows 11 Home, 90NB0SR1-M02PX0, gray
- Light in weight and not very thick. Still peaceful despite the heavy weight. Because of the solid-state drive (SSD), the system operates faultlessly and without any comments. In comparison to other laptops available at this budget, the graphics card enables this one to perform really well in gaming. A nice large touchpad with buttons that are hidden. Light indicators for "caps lock" and "fn" are quite convenient. Because the display does not use PWM, the brightness setting does not need to be set to the maximum possible value of 100%. As a result, your eyes will not become weary as soon, and the battery will hold a charge for a longer period of time. The cooling is not quite ideal, but I am quite happy with it. During the game, the laptop only begins to warm up somewhat under the player's left hand, and even then only very slightly; the remaining areas of the device remain cool. Support for Windows 11, albeit I haven't upgraded to that version of Windows yet myself. However, I did not realize that the charge was still valid. Even with the brightness turned up to its maximum level and working on office activities, I was able to keep it going for more than four hours.
- The only big flaws are the terrible keyboard layout (nearly all keys except for letters), and the small size of the solid state drive (did not examine before buying). The rest of the device is not important. Display: although it appears to be clear, it appears to be somewhat unsettling for the eyes, possibly because they are not acclimated to it. A bad collection of connectors and ports to choose from. The housing and keys are both made of unremarkable plastic. Charger: the thinness of the cable does not engender confidence in its dependability, and the adaptor itself is somewhat large. Disgusting webcam (0.3mp).
- Good keyboard backlight A good graphics core, even managed to launch the cs with 80 fps In general, the characteristics are clear
- Not so functional bios, even after the ate nothing has changed There is no cable to add your hard drive. The search for this was crowned with failure, and I'm afraid to take the left train And most importantly, what prompted me to put 3 stars is all sorts of problems that I had during the month of using the laptop. More on this below \/
- Pleasant appearance, the keyboard glows, everything is visible in the dark, the matte screen does not reflect glare. The laptop is lightweight. From the bottom, the case cover is removed completely, you can clean it from dust.
- There is no software decal. (Windows version). Few USB ports only 3 inputs.
