Much brighter than I expected! Requires 3 AA batteries (not included), easy to install, snap the battery cover on, press the little button and you're good to go. Be careful unwinding the wires, I put them on my palm.

These lights are beautiful! I've used these LED lights to light up small Christmas trees, create a tree-shaped advent calendar, and more. With the remote my granddaughter can control the light and turn it on or off. It's one of the longest, most colorful, manageable, and affordable I've found. Ideal!

Used for Valentine's Day displays and intended to be reused with blue and white threads for patriotic celebrations. I really like the bright red color, the timer function, the remote control and the different flashing options. I took off a star because the batteries lasted just over 2 weeks in timer mode which is not as good as mine have had with similar battery powered flashlights but not as bad as others! If you don't need the light display for more than 2 weeks, you will be very satisfied…

Bought to light up my SUV's rear window and relied on the remote not flicking back and forth to turn it on and off. The backlight still works well, but the only button on the remote that works is the power button. Do not switch off, brighten, dim or switch between different lighting modes. The copper wire feels flimsy, so I'm pretty sure it'll snap after bending it a few times. Although they are very pretty I had to give them a 4 because I didn't expect them to be so small. They come in a tiny package, fully wrapped and very difficult to unravel. The remote control is a great feature and you can control how fast or slow you want them to blink. I would not recommend it for a large tree. I bought them for a 3 foot tree.

I had a mini Chicago Cubs tree, I wanted the lights to be turned on and off with the remote control. That's it. The wire is invisible, the light can be brighter or dimmed, plus 9 different light modes, I bought 2 sets and used the second set to decorate the wreath on the front door. These were inexpensive, but by no means cheap products.
