These items were of such poor quality. Screw holding the capacitor strips in plastic. Also, the dots don't match up properly. That's just imported junk.

The spring was too long and the adjustment screw bottomed out before the distance between the points was set correctly. had to use old glasses in the spring. Don't throw away those old glasses right away.

When trying to adjust the points I found that there was too much winding on the point spring. I ended up removing the nib and reusing the shorter nib from the old tips. Then I could travel more to set the points correctly. The engine now runs perfectly. I recommend purchasing the four year warranty that was available.
