I wanted these solar lights to decorate my patio. The colors are great. The remote control selection is excellent. The remote control is not easy to deal with and you can't just turn it on. It must be almost dark after sunset before they turn on. Sometimes we wish they were turned on earlier so we could enjoy them longer. I would like to send it back, but I have already thrown the box away.

These lights are wonderful. I love that I have multiple color options by just pressing a button on the remote. They're bigger than I thought, which is a plus. In February I used red for Valentines, and now in March, of course, they're green. I haven't decided yet what color to use for Easter. Think about getting another skein that has two colors at once. I can only recommend these lamps!

We installed these lights in the front door of our house and they gave it such a beautiful view from the outside. The lights have different colors and themes. Just make sure you turn them on before installing as there is a little button on the solar panel for that. Also, the solar panel must be positioned to receive as much sunlight as possible for maximum functionality. Customer service is excellent.

That's a great idea, but the lights don't always stay on. I ordered three strings and sometimes only one string works. Also, for some reason sometimes they change color by themselves. Also, they only make few colors and not all the colors shown on the remote control. So it's actually a lot more limited than it looks. It might be fine for a small single tree in the middle of your yard where color isn't a factor, but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

I was so excited when I ordered these. I've had my eye on solar lights for a long time. But they were tiny. They're not even as big as my big fingernail. Not at all what is shown in the picture. I updated my review because the company contacted me to fix this by offering a full refund and the option to replace it with a more suitable product. Your customer service definitely deserves 5 stars. Nothing wrong with the product, just not what I thought it would be. I appreciate the company's efforts

Great solar light set! Set up was easy, just unpack the box, wind it up and turn it on. We used them in the middle of the day and at night they were fully charged and working. They don't give off a lot of light, but enough to set a mood or a little light when needed. We hung them from our spouts above our patio with lightweight 3M clear hooks and still haven't gotten lifted. Even hung the control box with 3M velcro and get enough light to charge it. Received these a few minutes ago and figured out how many of these I would need to light up my house. They feel nice when they're on, and the remote control capability is a nice touch. However, I now have to buy another set due to false advertising. The description says 43 feet so I was expecting 43 feet of actual lighting. I used a tape measure and got an actual length of about 32 feet for the lights, then another 7 feet for the rest of the power cord before getting to the solar panel. I…

UPDATE - this update is less than a week after my original review - I have now downgraded 3 stars to 1 - the light just stopped working. They stayed overnight for about 3 hours for 2 nights. The solar panel gets direct sunlight during the day, then the 3rd night and so on, they just don't work at all. I thought 3 hours was bad but now it's 0 - I even completely blocked the solar panels with a towel just to try to get them to turn on tonight and no! So now I have to take them down from the tree…
