Great software and helpful customer service

I like that it has been easy to train my staff in its use because of how user friendly everything seems once you get used with all features! It's expensive for our needs but if we did have more labs or testing then this would be perfect as well!! Not much dislike at least so far though maybe some people are not familiar enough yet due to newness? Overall good product considering price point - best option out there right now when choosing between products from different vendors (if any). We've…

  • Easy interface, intuitive design & ease training.
  • Very simple layout makes navigation very straightforward even through many subpages under main menu tabs eases workflows greatly across departments especially lab technicians who don't work directly next door each other just down hall away..it is seamless access without needing several pages open simultaneously while performing daily tasks throughout day shift shifts..or nightshifts too!!! :) Great
