💧 Cascade Platinum Dishwasher Cleaner – Fresh Scent Pac Combo Review

My dishwasher was giving off a terrible smell after not draining for a while. Once we fixed it I ran it through a rinse cycle to make sure it worked and drained (it did). Then I wiped it down with regular detergent and soap. It was better but still had "an old dishwasher smell". I ordered and used this stuff and my dishwasher has never smelled so clean, fresh and good! He looks awesome too! I highly recommend it!

I got a new dishwasher and after about 3 months of use I noticed an odor that got stronger and seemed to stick to clean dishes. I have used all home remedies from cleaning all the individual parts, cycles with vinegar, super hot washes etc...nothing has helped. So I decided to give it a try and after just one wash the smells went away and never came back. I cannot say enough good things about this product. I just wish it was cheaper.

PROS: DOES THE JOB - I use it when the dishwasher starts to smell between washes - IT REALLY keeps the smell fresh BETWEEN washes with dirty dishes in it (I run the dishwasher through the day) PRICE - OK, A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE than Walmart, but only a few bucks, and I can get it for free with Prime. I pay about six dollars and change at Walmart, I paid about eight and change here. Since I'm isolated, shipping will cost a few bucks. THIS LASTS - My dishwasher smells nice for about THREE weeks…
