These fit great and are comfortable to wear all day. Give good support for minor knee problems. I especially like that they're longer than others I've used and don't slip at all.

I don't know much about the copper ion threads, but I can tell you that these knee compression sleeves are very comfortable, and they provide a fair amount of support without putting too much pressure on the Patella. I will wait for 6 months and see how they wear, and then raise my rating to 5 stars if they hold up well!

Measured and ordered a 2XL based on the recommendation and they fit but were not as compressed as I would like. So ordered a size down and love those. They work wonderful. I stand for work for over 12 hours and these have helped tremendously with pain and swelling. Highly recommend.
