I normally stay away from anything other than cotton after disliking some slick athletic materials. This blend is actually soft, though, and compresses enough to provide support. The front is not super tight like some sport briefs, so I don't feel like my underfellow is living his downstairs life as a pancake. I like how soft these feel against my skin and how breathable they are. I just had a hernia repair surgery and I've been wearing these while I recover and they are very comfortable. Sizing was accurate, I'm a size 42 and the XL fits me just right.
