These thermometers are great quality and provide accurate readings for all my cooking needs. The dual probe feature is especially helpful for grilling and roasting larger cuts of meat. The backlight LCD display is easy to read and the pre-calibrated feature saves me time in the kitchen. The only downside is that the probes are not as long as I would like, but this is a minor issue. Overall, a great addition to any Home and Kitchen.
