I bought this antenna instead of my own which had the rubber on the outside torn and worn out. It looked the same, it was easy to install - just screw it in and it looks like the original. In the store this antenna was more expensive. This is excellent value for money.

Aside from the copper filaments, the Hyundai antenna filaments are nickel plated to resist corrosion and the matte rubber looked almost exactly like the original, the fell apart because the rubber ripped. It works and so far I'm happy.

Although the bracket had some crumbles, this antenna fit perfectly and the flared underside of the antenna covered the crumbling area of the antenna bracket so you can't see it. Eventually the bracket will need to be replaced but this antenna is perfect for the 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS. Great product and great shipping!

Would have been nice but the base wasn't long enough to connect anything so nothing happened. Didn't work on my 2003 Hyundai Elantra 4 door. I used a strong piece of wire instead and it works great. My original antenna was unscrewed and stolen right out of my car the second night I got my car. As long as I remember to disconnect the "antenna cable" everything is fine!

Seriously, it's very easy to remove the old antenna (which wears out with age and weather) with a vice and then install the new one. Honestly for me it was cheaper than the retailer equivalent at the time (and quick shipping). It took less than 5 minutes total to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. (because the old one also had a black plastic/rubber cover it fits).

I bought this antenna thinking it would fit my 2007 Hyundai Veracruz. After receiving it I tried to install it and found that the threaded antenna socket did NOT match the threaded antenna mount. You could probably force it; then you would have it for life as this would make it impossible for you to replace or remove it in the future. Note that I later bought a Hyundai OEM antenna that was cheaper than this, had the correct part number and matched the antenna stand.
