Would have been nice but the base wasn't long enough to connect anything so nothing happened. Didn't work on my 2003 Hyundai Elantra 4 door. I used a strong piece of wire instead and it works great. My original antenna was unscrewed and stolen right out of my car the second night I got my car. As long as I remember to disconnect the "antenna cable" everything is fine!
