I don't know if the product is ok but I am not happy to receive an already opened part in an envelope that has also been opened/used.

Fits great, bad seller.

Great little replacement, perfect fit. Shipping is slow, supplier provided tracking and then didn't ship for 5 extra days.

Direct replacement!

This part is a genuine MOPAR part and a direct replacement if you already have a new car with a 3 pin connector. If you have a broken cover or the outlet broke by pulling the plug the wrong way, then this is what you need. If you're adding an outlet to your car or upgrading an old two-prong (ungrounded) outlet, don't buy one without knowing what you're getting into. Adding an outlet to your car if it doesn't have one, or an upgrade, requires a lot more detail than that. You'll also need…

Attention! That's just the way out. You MUST use this to replace an existing option. 115 AC comes from an inverter module installed under the passenger seat. If you don't have an existing option, you'll need a frame, $30, a module, $100, possibly a wire harness, $50, and flashing at the dealer, $140. As I said, I did a fresh install.
