🔦 Enhanced Compatibility LED Pod Hood Mount Brackets for Toyota Tacoma 2016+ Review

Slim fit, low profile. The two sides aren't perfectly aligned in height for me, but not enough to worry me too much. Maybe 1/4 inch. Be sure to mark the hinges on the hood so you can adjust the hood. Impossible to install without completely unscrewing both screws. Also attach the lights to this before attaching them to the hood. Put them on my 2019 Tacoma.

Ultra low profile. Works with almost any channel lights you mount on it. The only issue I had was the long bolts from the lights in the ditch and all we had to do was get some shorter bolts to make them easier to install on those flat mounts. Pictured are ditch lights from Hima. Also worked with nickel light.

Brackets look solid but came with the wrong brackets. I ordered brackets for a 2017 Tacoma and the label on the box said this, but under the new label it said 2009 - something else. We are sending the mounts back and ordering again hoping to get the correct mount. Update Got the second pair of brackets. You are right. They work great and are very easy to install.

These brackets are very strong and easy to install. They give you a great low profile mounting position for any gutter light you may have. I combined them with double KC Flex modules and a slim fit look. They're small enough not to get in the way when you're driving, while still putting out a lot of light. Once the fasteners are tight, DO NOT MOVE so there are no light patterns jumping around at night.
