Over the years I have purchased several iRonsnow IS-088 Dynamo and several iRonsnow 2nd Generation (IS-088U+). I chose this device (IS-088+) over IS-088 (also from iRonsnow) mainly because this device has two characteristics: 1) higher internal mAh capacity (1000 vs 300) NiMH and 2) higher lumens for LEDs.
