The box is torn, the bottom of the jack is actually sticking through the box. The jack itself was scratched and there were loose parts in the box. Apparently someone returned this item earlier.

This is a great jack but make sure you have all the parts before you start. It's crazy to pay for something that expensive and end up finding the nut on the handle is missing!

I did not receive the instructions, I do not know the spare parts list, I received everything or not. I have questions about the installation - hopefully I can find answers online. Did I get all the details? I can not say. He looks very strong. We'll see when it's installed.

I have a nylon lock nut and a plastic handle. But there is no screw and I assume the washer is missing as well. The screws attaching it to the trailer were in an open bag so everything else might have come loose. The box was poorly sealed with tape, a layer of tape around the edges was not enough to hold the moving weight.

Advertised as a 31 inch lift. The packaging says 29 inches. There was a hole in the box and the inside was dirty. The item itself was riddled with scratches with superficial rust. There were no instructions inside and the box looked like it had been opened with mixed up tape, like it had already been returned and repackaged.

I'm so tired of things coming in damaged boxes with missing hardware. I had to build a bolt handle from what I had on hand. Many other reviews say the same. Edit: The second time I tried to shoot my trailer off the ball, the gears came loose. The handle rotates, the jack does not move. The weight of the tounge is well below the rated power of the sockets. The return window is closed. It's garbage.

The jack itself is fine, strong enough for my 25ft center console. I replaced the same model jack which was about 3 years old with heavy salt water use and understandably it rusted. there are no complaints. This was only shipped in product packaging with no external shipping box, hence the jack broke through the box in several places.
