As with the other reviewer, some of my chair legs were improperly or barely attached, and the wrench that came with it doesn't fit this unit. I was willing to ignore this problem and find tools to solve it, but then I found that it was missing some additional fixtures to attach the legs to the chair. So, my chair is in pieces on the floor.

I was so scared when I first opened it that the clasps were twisted the wrong way, I was scared they would send me a broken product! but I was able to rearrange them easily and reassemble the chair without difficulty. Don't break! It's lightweight and seems pretty durable. As comfortable as a plastic chair can be. I can throw a pillow if I plan to sit for a long time. Although this chair is affordable I think it looks fantastic.

So it looks chunky and people are saying the brackets on the legs aren't positioned correctly which is NOT TRUE. It has a staggered pattern but one side is in the front and the other is in the back. The hex key is for attaching the seat, not for unscrewing these leg rests, so the videos in the reviews are stupid. I complain that the rubber washer was so thick I couldn't even get the screws in. Bought the thinner rubber washers for about $2 for $1 and the chair fits great.
