Everything about this mop is great except for the handle on the bucket. It doesn’t lock in place so if you pick it up by the handle it will tip and dump water out.I like that the handle is long so I don’t have to bend so much. The mop heads and scrubber attachment work great. They also hold up well when tossed in the washing machine. The microfiber clothes that come with it are a nice bonus. Definitely wash them prior to dusting because they are linty.

I had been using the Shark vac mop and I loved it, but got tired of having to always buy the pads (I use it a lot for our kitchen and bathroom floors). The pads come in a box of 10 for about $10 so I’d go through them quickly. I bought this as a cheaper option. It’s alright it does the job but I’m not too impressed with it. Love this product. Worth the extra money to get the stainless steel. Makes mopping a lot easier. Wish handle was longer because I am tall. Mop heads wash nicely 😁 in washer using warm water and a little bit of laundry detergent as well as a little vinegar and baking soda and air dry. I tried this product because it seemed more durable that others of its type. It does not disappoint! We clean houses professionally - I need a mop to last and hold up to my heavy hand. I unintentionally break most twist mops in one use. So to switch to this - it had to be durable and is! Been using it every day for over a month now ! I’m retired and I love this mop and bucket duo, great quality! I wanted to wait to review it. I bought it more than 1 year ago. I recommend it especially for those having back, or strength trouble. You don’t need to bend down or use your hands to squeeze the excess water out. Easy to clean and very sturdy. I use it at least 2-3 times a week, and I still have lots of new mops left. I really love how easy this is to use. My hardwood floors look just beautiful and are very clean and shiny. The only problem I see is the plastic is a little light weight so I worry about how long it will last.

I purchased this for simple house cleaning. Because it is advertised as a commercial quality item I assumed it would be somewhat sturdy, it is not. While using it I was afraid to apply to much downward pressure as the handle is very flimsy and I was certain it would break. Along with that it comes with a soap bottle that at best might hold one and a half ounces of fluid, pointless. It does come with extra mop heads and a scrub brush attachment. The mop that comes with this set is the best ever, as good as professionals use in larger office buildings, hospitals, etc. That said, it takes a little learning to know how to maneuver the bucket although it's on wheels. The spinner is the best. I don't have to touch the mop head, and it's washable. Very happy with purchase.
