Pros
- The ability, among many things like giving constructive criticism about performance/work quality while also providing positive reinforcement along side areas needing development.it allows people across departments (or even outside)to provide input without having access directly inside ones own department which works better then just going through managers / chain of command route..also helps employees recognize good behavior & bad behaviors both individually between peers AND collectively amongst entire
