The right shift key is the proper width. Be careful when purchasing certain ipad keyboards, as the right shift key might be short, like the other lettered keys and the page up is to the left of the shift key. If you are used to a normal keyboard on a laptop, when you attempt to use the right shift key, you will page up. It really matters if you ever tried it.

Works like a charm. Sturdy/durable construction and securely holds the iPad in place. Two things I would change is the addition of a touch/trackpad and a different placement of the keyboards micro power switch as it sits just out from the frame and when inserting or removing it from a carryon or some other sort of bag, you can unknowingly turn it on/off.

Bought this forever ago and will use it forever. The battery life is insane- I've only charged twice in the year I've had it. the keyboard has fun colors, too. It's only as large as your iPad, so consider that. But it has great connectivity and I'm glad I invested. I couldn't afford a laptop for a while after mine broke, and this was an excellent alternative that I used until graduation.
