3M Clear Paint Protection Inches Car Care Review

You can tell this is not a product of this width in the 3M factory but was instead cut from a piece of bulk material by a third party. Which in and of itself didn't bother me at all, except that they didn't cut well, the cut edge was quite frayed which is easy to see on the finished rig.

Purchased to fit Tacoma door sill protectors to protect the paint from wear over time when people try to get in the truck and it works amazing. I adjusted this to both thresholds in less than 20 minutes. The only issue I had was that both edges seemed to have dirt or dust on them, but I didn't need the full 72 inches of the sheer bra so I trimmed them off.

Please note it does not match the picture. Won't go to the core. It looks like it was cut from a larger roll. My package was sent from the mailbox in a plastic bag. It was crushed during transport. I did not permanently deform the material and installed it as is. At the edges small pieces were hanging at the interfaces. This will be visible during the final installation.
