3M Marine Compound Glaze 35928 Review

This product was a huge disappointment. I was hoping to improve the appearance of my car's dull paint but this glaze just didn't do the job. Despite my best efforts, the compound left swirl marks and didn't bring out any shine. On the upside, it was easy to apply. However, the cons of this product far outweigh any pros. Save your money and try a different brand.

Bought a fiberglass boat with faded gelcoat. These products brought color back and were easy to use with a power buffer.

Boat or RV, this is a professional quality faded gelcoat restoration product. Lapping compound and glaze for machine use. I still use a fiberglass wool disc - it's easy to keep clean, doesn't clump and gives a brilliant shine. Coat with 3M Marine Wax or other synthetic wax/sealant. Favorable price for 2 necessary connections. Yes it is a 3 step process and you need a stream buffer. But it's the best there is.
