After reading a few reviews I was glad to get this lightweight stair tread tape. My wife slid down the bottom four steps and I ordered this the next day. I read a few reviews and was a bit dubious that a light step would improve traction on our wooden stairs. It does. I put this tape on the painted wooden steps leading up to my house.
