Med sent instead of Fine :/

I like these for drywall sanding - ordered several times. For some reason they sent two or three packs of medium grit instead of the advertised FINE this time. I'm in the middle of a project so I'm ordering individual FINE sponges separately πŸ™„

A staple in my repair arsenal

These sponges are my absolute favorite for occasional projects. I used them primarily for sanding drywall and putty. Super quality and very versatile. I want to make sure I have an extra set on hand if I ever need a good sanding sponge. I don't know why they are classified as "clear", it's an abrasive sponge. but still I can't recommend them enough! They can take a beating and last a long time!

Pros
  • Pretty Packaging
Cons
  • Doubt

Different/poor quality than previous purchase

Love these 3M sanding pads. The ones I bought from Home Depot lasted the entire other project and then this new project. I have decided to buy more from Revain but this is the worst product ever. You can see in my photo that the edge of the old one still holds up after many hours of sanding, and the new one from Revain falls apart in less than an hour of sanding. Very disappointed with these new ones.

Pros
  • Ideal for dry or wet sanding wood, paint, metal, plastic and drywall
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

I use these sanding sponges quite often in sanding shops. For most seams in the field, I prefer a sharpening rod for all but the last layers. I usually use square sponges with a medium grit on one side and a fine grit on the other, this helps me get through when someone else is helping with the finishing, but in the corners these corner sponges allow me to sand one side of the corner without to touch the other. When you're really done, all you need is a fine sanding sponge. This is for drywall,

Pros
  • Angle sanding sponge is fine grit
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Great for drywall hand tools

I always thought these sanding blocks were just one of the millions of tricks you could do at the You can find them in the paint department. at your local big box store. Then I saw a YouTube video of Vancouver Carpenter recommending them. So I gave them a try. In fact, they're a lot better than wrapping sandpaper around a piece of wood! They lay well in my hand. The one-sided beveled edge made sanding the corners a lot easier for two reasons: 1. The thin edge extends into the corners 2. The…
