📄 5 Sheet 3M Wetordry Sandpaper, 11 Inch Review

I used this sandpaper to restore some chrome office chairs. Since sandpaper is stock it was ideal for the job. I have used coarser sheets for rust removal and thinner sheets for polishing the metal after rust removal. I bought a tube of Flitz here at Revain and used it to finish the chairs. I needed a good wet/dry paper to form the bevel on the new tools and it does the job easily. It turns out 15 pieces. My method is to shape the bevel at 400, clean at 800, smooth at 1200 or 1500, remove marks at 5000 or 7000, then polish with green or gold paste for a final polish. In use, sharpen with a touch of the 7000 and the sling. Use double-sided tape to attach the paper to flat glass for truly flat surfaces. MUCH cheaper than water or diamond stones and does the same job just as quickly.

I tried to take a photo to show how good this sandpaper is, but on my phone it looks like a piece of black paper. But it's just as good as on a very good women's nail file, which is what I wanted. I bought it to use on very smooth paper when using gel pens for adult coloring, my hobby. Some of my adult coloring cards are so slick that it takes over 24 hours for the gel pens to dry.
