These look exactly like ceramic plates or those difficult to break Corelle ones but they're plastic! Typically you think light weight and flimsy when you think plastic but these are actually thicker and more heavy duty than anticipated. They're very nice and perfect for any party or holiday get together. There are 2 sizes of plates included. 20 large/regular size dinner plates and 20 smaller "accent" dessert/salad plates. They will definitely come in handy for upcoming get together and parties.

This is a set of 20 10.25" dinner plates and 20 7.5" salad or dessert plates. The plates are strong and can be reusable disposable. They are clear with rings on the outer rim. Do not place in dishwasher or microwave. Well made plates.

These plastic plates worked perfectly and held up well throughout a meal with the grand kids. None of the plates got broken or chipped and they all made it back to the sink and washed up nicely. These disposable plates are wonderful! Yes. they do cost more , yet you don't have to worry about them falling apart, getting soggy, or tipping if food isn't balanced right on the plate and last lots longer than the ones than the foam or the plastic coated paper ones. Some people can't believe they are disposable. When I have a gathering, these plate sets are the only ones I will use!

A few other reviewers complained of these plates breaking, but we've had zero issues with them even when we used them for a Christmas Eve dinner with a variety of heavy/dense foods. Better than a lot of paper plates, even the thicker and sturdier ones, since they are plastic they don't absorb or bend like paper does eventually. They potentially could be re-usable if you are careful with them. The plastic is thin as well, so they can break. They are more slippery than a lot of plates as well, which means they probably aren't as great for kids.

These are the "high class" disposable plates. They are very well made and consistent while also being carefree. use them again via hand wash or just toss them after your big event.

These are wonderful. They’re nicer and much more durable than even the nicest paper plates. If you’re expecting a bigger crowd like at thanksgiving, Christmas or even a wedding and need something elegant and or durable this is perfect. Theyte reasonably priced and will hold up to your dining event. Highly recommended.

Tired of floppy, thin paper plates? Look no further! These are solid, disposable plates and they look good too. My only concern is that they're almost too nice to be disposable.

This came with a couple of broken plates. No big deal because I had some extra from a previous purchase. The silver trim eventually wears off after several hand washings. I like it because it's reusable.

Threw a brunch for friends. These plates looked fantastic with a set of gold plastic flatware. They are extremely sturdy compared to paper plates, more expensive, of course, but make a great impression for an outdoor semi-formal brunch or dinner. I even impressed myself.
