I give 2 stars only because it is not insulated, just black plastic and black dissipates heat. So when I'm outside on a hot day, the heat of the day is drawn into my drink.

Works very well! It does have some issues with 3D printing when it's not a fully even/smooth surface, based on that I'd probably say 4.5 stars as it's not 'perfect' but that's being picky. It is great. **UPDATE** After I posted the review, the seller informed me that they fixed the printing issues and it is now consistent/smooth! This is the PERFECT product for energy drinks/high doses. I highly recommend it!

I'd love to see YETI come out with a 16 ounce jar but until they do this adapter is a must if you're sipping liquids in 16 ounce jars want to drink cans like your favorite IPAs. I have a lot of Yeti 1 pens. This little adapter increases the weight of the Yeti 1 from 12 oz to 16 oz. It doesn't work on the newer Yeti 2 with that crappy little 1/4 twist cap that sucks. Get the original Yeti and these little adapters to go from 12oz to 16oz. Don't worry about "Oh my God! I had no problem with my Bud Light or Monster staying completely cold in the Texas heat. buy you!

This adapter is exactly as described in the product. The plastic is a little flimsy, but it's more reasonable and stronger than the locking ring that comes with the Yeti. Technically it probably doesn't insulate as well as a 16-ounce Yeti pen, but in practice it works great, even when I'm sipping a beer.
