No balancing function and half voltage

VL-VH (Low to High Voltage) Pads too small and too close together. Put it in a 4s (16.8v) battery and it only outputs 8.10v. I disconnected the positive cable from the battery thinking it needed to be reset but it only showed 8v after reconnecting. Unfortunately it doesn't work properly and doesn't have a balance function when charging, which I blame myself for not having noticed before purchasing. It is best to choose a different BMS, especially one with large pads and a balancing function.
