Quality & cheap, but return address window is too big

Pretty decent envelopes, and the sticky does need moisture – it is not self adhesive – but the return address window is too largeIt shows the return address but then also "pay to the order of" and name of Payee Yes, this style of envelope is typically for checks but it freaks me out a little that someone can now actually see that it is a check and a bad person could open it and try to cash itWill not purchase again

Pros
  • the envelopes are great the only issue is they were the wrong size
Cons
  • The windows may not be positioned properly, making it difficult to read the address of the recipient

Best priced #9 double window envelopes. but at a cost

No complaints. Best priced #9 double window envelopes available.*Update: The windows are not exactly in the right place. Both windows are slightly low and oversized, so the Pay to: name shows through the top window and the Mail to: name sometimes gets cut off the bottom window. And the memo line shows through the bottom window. I am inserting checks printing through Quickbooks, so these envelopes don't provide much privacy.

Pros
  • I like better the other envelopes that comes with the ceiling strips, which will save more time
Cons
  • The envelope glue may not be strong enough to seal properly

These don't fit QuickBooks Checks

I was in a hurry and ordered these because I needed envelopes and they said they worked for QuickBooks. What I didn't realize is that they work for QuickBooks invoices but not for checks. I didn't know there was a difference because I don't use invoices, only checks. So now I've got a box of envelopes going into the trash because I can't use them.

Pros
  • Super impressed with these envelopes. Very nice quality.
Cons
  • The tinted design may interfere with the clarity of printed addresses

Just what I needed.

My printer was having problems printing address on envelopes. These envelopes let me print addresses on standard sheets of paper.I wish the envelopes were available in quantities well under 500. I mostly use them to mail my monthly rent checks to my landlord. With 500 envelopes, I have enough to last more than 40 years. I'll be 112 years old when I run out.

Pros
  • They’re good quality and about half the price of the envelopes in the office supply chains.
Cons
  • The flimsy paper may not withstand the rough handling during shipping

Wrapped Up Nicely! for my opinion

We had 15000 letters to send home using the most economical and efficient manner possible. These envelopes gave us the tools to do so. Our folded letters were hand stuffed easily thanks to the design of these envelopes. In addition, we wanted to keep track of which sub-set each letter belonged to so we added a code into the return address. If the letter returned for any reason, we could read the sub-set right through that window.

Pros
  • Good size, perfect window placement for invoices
Cons
  • The product may not be available in various colors

Good quality best in my review

Same envelopes I used to order on another website, only these are way less expensive. Holds everything I put in it.. Will order again when ready.

Pros
  • Holds everything I put in it.
Cons
  • I did not expect old fashioned lick envelopes.

CANNOT USE FOR QUICKBOOK CHECKS!

I don't have an issues with the quality of the checks; however the description didn't say and I didn't realize that these are NOT for mailing Quickbook checks. They do NOT work for that.

Pros
  • good quality
Cons
  • The product may not be available in multiple languages for international mailing

Didn't love these on my review.

They work, however they don't seal very well. I normally get the peel and stick envelopes but didn't read close enough. That much is my fault but I have to get envelopes really wet to close and they just don't stay sealed very well at all. I find myself taping a lot of them shut.

Pros
  • Worked for quick books . Good price . Very happy
Cons
  • The product may not be customizable with logos or other branding elements

Use Them All The Time

We use the #9 envelopes everyday for work. they work awesome for QB statements and invoices. We have found that for the QB checks we use the #8 envelopes. For those that complain that these aren't good for checks try the #8's.

Pros
  • The security pattern is effective in blocking the contents. They seal fine.
Cons
  • The production process may not be eco-friendly or sustainable

They look and feel cheap, but get the job done.

While the tint is functionally excellent it looks terrible. The paper is thin. They look and feel cheap, but get the job done. The minimal savings versus better products make these a terrible decision. Then again, if you don't care about the image you present when mailing others, these may be right up your alley.

Pros
  • Great job for our statements in the office
Cons
  • The product may not be available in bulk quantities for larger mailing needs

Just What My Business Needed.

Envelopes are just what my business needed. The invoices I mail each month fit perfectly within the address windows. The price is very good too.

Pros
  • Good value and similar quality as the store brand we've purchased from an office supply store.
Cons
  • The product may not be compatible with all types of postal machinery

Great price and good quality.

Bought these for office use where I work. Much cheaper than local office supply stores with the same good quality. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Great quality and good price, will order again
Cons
  • The product may not be widely available in retail stores, requiring online ordering and shipping

DO NOT USE FOR QB CHECKS!

I am an office manager and bought these a bit early before I ran out of the ones we had. I just now opened the box to mail a check. the windows do not align at all. Part of the send to address ends up in the return address window. SPEND THE EXTRA $5 ON THE OTHERS! Now I'm stuck with 500 envelopes I cant use OR return. Missed the cut off by 8 days.

Pros
  • Get the ones you don't have to lick
Cons
  • The adhesive may not be suitable for all temperatures and environmental conditions

So easy to use! If you have a tongue!

These are great for mailing documents to other people, I recommend them without reservation. Great tongue workout too! Get fit and mail invoices to friends, all at once!

Pros
  • Best bang for buck
Cons
  • The production may not be reliable or consistent, leading to quality control issues

Bad Envelopes for my opinion

The first few times we ordered the Best Buy #9 envelopes they worked fairly well, but the last two boxes had about 1/3 of each box with the envelopes stuck together like they had been wet and when you looked at them you could see what appeared to be a dried wet area on the front right hand side. The remaining 2/3 of each box was okay, but hardly worth the expense to discard 1/3 of each box. Neither cardboard box had any appearance of having been wet.

Pros
  • Great for the Money
Cons
  • The white color may not be suitable for certain occasions, such as weddings or parties

Okay but not for my need

These are great. I needed something for 1099s and unfortunately these didn’t work for that purpose but if your information fits in the windows, these should work just fine.

Pros
  • Works great for our small business
Cons
  • The envelopes may not be suitable for overseas mailing due to size restrictions

Excellent quality. Great value.

Great value. Thick enough for strength and privacy. Window locations/sizes are standard, not oddball. What's not to like?

Pros
  • Good Product , Good Price
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for sensitive documents or fragile items

These are definately envelopes.

Yep. They're #9 envelopes. The checks and bills fit in them and the windows are in the right places. The mailman takes them away! (But only when stamps are applied :-) )

Pros
  • good for the money.
Cons
  • The white color may not be suitable for all types of documents

I use these as a replacement for the #9 envelope i got at office depot. i went to reorder them and they were $45 so i tried these and they work great. i use them with quickbooks and word

Pros
  • Great Price and no problem
Cons
  • The paper may not be suitable for all types of inks or printing processes

Not exactly 500 but otherwise good envelopes

We're happy with the envelopes and would certainly buy them again. Though, I suspect its not an exact count of 500 envelopes but rather 500 envelopes by weight so you might get a few more or less than expected. In my case, we bought five rolls of 100 stamps for these envelopes and ended up with a few extra stamps in the end.

Pros
  • Very good deal for what I paid.
Cons
  • The security tint may not be effective in preventing unauthorized access or viewing
