Too glitchy to keep. Don't like to turn on.

I really wanted to like this, especially after taking all the time to install them along our gutter line. But we could never get the remote to work correctly. I would have to hit the power button 20 plus times just to get them to come on. One time I hit it at least 50 times and they never came on. I was thinking it was just a remote issue, so I had Revain issue me a replacement, and it was exactly the same! They just wouldn't power on. Didn't matter how close you were which way the remote was…

Does what it wants on my review.

I have the light in my garage, I've had it about a year. After less than 2 months the light started turning itself on. It will also change colors and flash sequences on its own. Sure someone may say it's radio interferences but what difference does that make? Are any of us really going to stop frequencies?Put it like this, either unplug the light when not using, don't care what it does and when, figure out how to manage frequencies or find a different light. Worked amazingly at first. then started flickering all over the place.

The product is beautiful and arrived exactly meeting my expectations and worked phenomenally for 48hrs but since has been flickering and certain colours don't seem to work at all. It doesn't seem to be the light itself but the LED controller (not the remote). Would love some guidance as to how it can be fixed?Adam

Do not buy under any circumstance!

The product advertises as a bright light solution. My product was not bright emitting a dull yellow light on brightest setting. The control box overheated and malfunctioned within first three minutes. Had I need been home it could have caught or initiated a fire. The installation kit did not fit the light tube. The neon tube is stiff like a garden hose to will not look attractive in corners where the bend pokes outward.

Great accent lighting with issues.

I loved the look obviously of the neon. However, I wanted it to be on a setting that would stay even when I have the strands turn on/off at the wall switch (Alexa enabled plug). And while the color setting can be set to stay, the intensity (of which I wanted reduced for every night below the 100% setting) cannot be fixed. As such, every night when my lighting comes on, it is at the default 100% and I have to manually change the intensity.every night. The price of these is well above…

Great lights. Poor mounting clips

The lights works fantastically. Very bright and vibrant lights in all colors. The mounting clips.you would be better to throw them away and find better clips or ways to mount your lights. Almost every clip broke while trying to place the light in them. The screws provided are the same. They were very soft and most stripped before ever getting screwed in.
