These solo balls are good and the same size, my birds will enjoy crushing them. But I don't think I would buy them again because they are too expensive.

I bought this to use in my feeding box but none of my African Grays were interested in it. However, there may be other birds as well, so I'd say worth a try!

I have two Senegal parrots and one Gray parrot. All three love chewing on these toys. Although they don't last long, my birds start shaking their heads as soon as they see them and the litter is fully compostable, no metal or other artificial products.
