Installation is easy enough, although the transmitter is a bit bulky, as is the remote control. It worked on the first try. The instructions are very simple as dimming the lights is a bit strange how to move the light button. Also, it works pretty well and I now have an adjustable fan and light.

These remote controls work great out of the box with our Hampton Bay fans. All I had to do was set the DIP switches for each fan code and instantly had a handheld remote for it. They are easy to use and all buttons work well. They even come with wall brackets so you can mount them next to light switches if needed. This is a great product and I am very glad we got it.

I lost the very small remote control that came with the sea breeze fan. I'm starting to think I accidentally threw it away because it's so small. My fan model wasn't listed as one of the models this remote would work with, but I took the risk anyway. I pulled the original control kit out of the fan and this fitted perfectly. Plugged it in, turned it on and checked the lights before shutting everything down. The light came on and the fan worked great. The crazy thing is that the fan spins faster
