You will not regret this CAI. The original and the best.

Excellent product. Engine compartment washed very well. Quiet at full load; no input signal. Perfect fit for my Dakota R/T. Used to replace the aluminum tube and factory air cap together. Stupidly expensive for some blown plastic, bracket, 2 clamps, hardware and filter, but worth every penny.

Pros
  • practical article
Cons
  • without machine

Not worth $300

This product is overpriced for a bunch of plastic. I didn't really notice a difference in PS/Zq. All other reviews about the consumption of gasoline and "acceleration" - complete nonsense. I mean it looks nice and cleans the engine bay but I can't figure out why it's over 300. It just blows my mind. The instructions they give are very helpful but the pictures look terrible. If I pay over $300, I expect $300 worth of material. It's up to you if you want to spend the money.

Powerful torque boost

The torque difference is absolutely beautiful, I don't know if I can really tell the horsepower difference in this truck but it doesn't matter, the torque boost in and of itself is worth the money. Another benefit is throttle response, which is great. K&N really makes a great product, in order for it to fit properly, the cruise control that all the hardware was turned on from had to be moved. They even included test charts they ran with a standard Durango and one with a FIPK. Contrary to some…

I like it though. Suitable for filters

Overall I like the air intake but don't need to adapt it to my truck. The hose was too long, not sure if they mispackaged it or what, but I had to cut it and fit an extra 5" hose, there was a line to fit the hose to be cut had to so i had to cut it there and it fits like it should but i really need to tighten the quality control especially for the price you pay for the product apart from the necessary modifications in general i like the inclusion itself, it was a much needed upgrade over my…

It actually works well for filters

When it comes to performance in my car I go crazy. I can even see small differences and with this set I can definitely say that my child has more energy now! Not much, I mean don't expect miracles, but you can expect a nice noticeable difference in torque under acceleration. Then why 4 stars? Well, first of all, it's the price. I wouldn't say it's worth the price as it's just a piece of plastic, metal (which you don't even need to use) and a regular air filter. I mean come on how expensive can…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
