I bought a used k&n air intake for 160.00 and it came already assembled so took about 30 minutes to install. The intake sounds great when accelerating and overtaking. The fix will pass verification, just make sure you connect the MAF sensor in the right direction. I haven't noticed an increase in fuel consumption per gallon, but it looks and sounds good and I'll probably never have to buy a cheap air filter again.
