Bad quality and looks poor.

I found the screw cable connectors to be weak and I had to use end connectors on the cables. Other brands use much stronger threaded connections. In addition, the seal around the cable had to be sealed with adhesive tape to protect it from the weather. The tank seal had no weather protection, which allowed dirt to accumulate. I would not buy again.

Heavy-duty connector.

I have used this connector on several hitch installations and connector swaps. I like the heavy terminals (#8 screws) and the tight cover. It is not "sealed" but well protected on both ends. I decided to use it for a custom project where it will be battery powered and driving two motors. Hopefully he can handle the current one, but I don't expect any problems.

Works as needed. Suitable for towing gear and winches

This is a good value connector. I installed a "power" head with a spring loaded guard on the side of my trailer's tongue (not the tractor) and connected it to the trailer's batteries for power. This powers my new Uriah UC500010 electrical connector from my trailer battery with a connector that plugs into both my truck and trailer batteries (using this wired Curt device). I need jacking power when the truck is not near the trailer. That helped. I can raise and lower the drawbar at any time using

Truck coupling (plug) fills with water!

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. I was thrilled when I received these connectors and installing them on my truck was fairly easy. I read the good and bad reviews and chose this product because I have had good luck with Curt products in the past. After installing this connector on my truck, the problem I had previously seems to have been resolved. I only connected my trailer once. As I walked back to my truck with the trailer unhitched, I noticed that the light on my brake box was on. It
