Great Painting Surface for My Arts and Crafts

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I realize that working with good wooden surfaces can make a big difference .These wooden painting panels are of excellent quality. The thickness of the wood makes it sturdy and doesn't bend or warp while painting. The smooth and even surface allows for intricate designs and PRECISE strokes. My only wish was that it came in a bigger pack for bulk purchases. Overall, I recommend these panels to any artist looking for a reliable and good-quality painting…

Pros
  • Firm and sturdy construction of panels
Cons
  • Requires careful handling to prevent cracks or splinters

Decent quality but depends on medium

Bought these for linocut and can't use them for that purpose. The wood grain on the front of the panel is small. Slightly chipped in places, one of the panels looked like it had been filled with wood glue or something. I printed a lino block onto a primed board and the print didn't take very well due to the loose texture of the wood. I will use it for mosaic or for painting. They work when pre-primed or sealed. I'm not entirely satisfied, but I'll keep it.

Pros
  • Wooden drawing boards
Cons
  • Something else
