Everything worked fine for the first few days. Then it started hanging when closing. It looks like liquid will leak out once it's stuck.

Everything fits in my limited edition 2014 Highlander 4WD. All parts were included in the package. It was pretty easy to replace and worked like a champ!

Clips for attaching posts to fittings were brittle and broke. This way the elevator does not remain connected to the equipment.

They were easy to install but when we close the gate they sometimes still get stuck about 6 inches so we have to manually push them all the way through. . We can't find the cause, contacted a technician and he said it was a product.

Update July 2022 - One of these broke and had to be replaced. Now it doesn't close completely. I have to close the door several times for it to work properly. ----- I bought this for my limited edition 2014 Toyota Highlander and changed it myself. Had to reset (press tailgate on/off button in glove box) and it worked like a charm. So far happy with the purchase. Tai!

So far, so good. After almost made a big mistake. Convenient packaging, quality assembly, easy installation. But they didn't work at first. Scoured the internet for tips on how to reset a car's elevator controls. Gave it up and disassembled to repackage for handracks and send back, noticing a small note on the box to "close the initialization hatch fully". son a worked great after reinstalling. Works great for 1/4 the cost of repairs at the dealer. Hope they last longer than the original.
