Had to drill to mount the sensor for $20 otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Otherwise it is a good device and easy to install. In combination with the cat-like rear silencer, performance and fuel consumption are noticeably improved. I love hearing the sound of the purge valve and intake!

product works great I feel a slight increase in performance and it seems that fuel consumption is decreasing. The instructions were a bit difficult to figure out what to follow. If you have a newer ST Focus you will need to drill through the entire intake manifold. I didn't know it was included

My car's engine has never been happier (e.g. throttle response, turbo pressure, mpg etc). I don't know why Ford or any other company would waste their time putting a muzzle/throttle on a car with cardboard filters, especially on cars with a taller preform. Ridiculous

This is the third car I've installed a Typhoon air intake on and it was the easiest. Took less than 1 hour. I feel a slight increase in performance, nothing major, but noticeable. The noise it makes isn't like my other machines, it's more of a suction noise at lower RPMs and then turns into a nice growl at higher RPMs. For the $ and the ease of installation, I think it's worth it.

Installation was quite easy. Just be careful not to drop anything in the engine bay and drill the MAP sensor BEFORE removing anything from the car. If you end up drilling a hole that's too big, you can buy a bigger bushing, so don't worry. Overall it adds a really noticeable intake noise to your engine and works best when installed with a high flow exhaust.

Absolutely one of the worst parts I have ever purchased or installed. There were clear signs of opening on the packaging. The package should be delivered by 9 p.m. showed up around 10:30 p.m. If I see the package has been previously opened I would immediately refuse.
