It was a pretty decent variety, although there were a few that were beyond repair and a few more that looked so worn they would just look bad. Those that were in good shape were exactly as expected. Came in handy for Christmas wrapping, although I've since found a local party store that I'll be using for stuff like this over the coming Christmas season.

The description clearly states that the set will contain holographic loops, so I bought it. Very disappointed that the white/holographic loops pictured were not included. Don't buy this if that's what you're looking for. There's gold and blue and gray and green and red. Some of the reds are glittery and the golds and blues have a tinge that could be considered holographic, but those that appear white/holographic in the image were not captured ( no white loops at all unlike the picture).

I was afraid I would have to send them back but when I opened the bag they looked fine for the most part.
