Pros
- Compact size. Very good workmanship. It snaps onto the chamber reinforced concrete, the rings run smoothly and without a hint of backlash. Internal focusing (mkII lens version) Metal case. Excellent sharpness, minimal aberrations. Minimal focus breathing effect. Good packaging with foam inserts for safe delivery.
Cons
- The disease of the Chinese is a downed infinity. On my copy of the flight, it’s good that at least it’s not underflying. The lens is clearly not APO, there is a slight coloring of the defocus zones. By the way, it is very moderate and for its price it is already more of a nitpick. Very short ring travel at normal distances. Literally 10 degrees from 1m to infinity, for portraits and landscapes, accuracy will not be enough. I would also like a lens hood in the kit, the Chinese have them for a penny, why not report .
