Carbon steel pierced

I've used one to sever the handles of some knives and it's still holding after 6 holes. Just as good as the more expensive beats I've bought from Home Depot. I'm tough on them and I know they won't last forever. I can make about a dozen holes per chisel before I have to sharpen them, but they end up bending or breaking. This 12 pack should last me a very long time and I will definitely buy again when I run out.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • There are new competitors

WOW! Doesn't matter.

I've never had this type of bit before. I was trying to drill out a head on a hardened screw. I used a titanium coated drill bit and it was very slow and heat was an issue (even when applying oil). Insert these bits and load one into my drill Viola! Drilled through with no problems. It was fast. It's a matter of seconds as I spent many minutes working on this screw with another drill and made minimal progress.

Pros
  • High test results for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Excellent - just what I needed

I had some steel bolts that had sheared off and stuck to standard lawn equipment. I've tried other bits for "metal" and they barely dented, broke and I thought I was literally screwed. Decided to try these. I can't tell you how happy I was when it cut through the middle of my studs with relative ease. I used some PB Blaster to lubricate the hole as I drilled it and I think it really helped a lot. Just spray it every 5-10 seconds after pulling out the bit and blowing off the chips. I went…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Crumpled
