I've had a Dyson DC-14 for 12 years and have never changed the filters (oops) so thought I'd try these spares first before buying any Dyson branded products. They fit perfectly and the suction power on my Dyson is amazing again! This kit includes a black ring for the bottom of the filter and you will definitely need it for the filter to work properly. I would recommend and buy again if needed. My Dyson is 12 years old!

Filter works great and installs with no problems. As the post says, these are not OEM filters. This means they are not built to the same specs. These filters do not contain an activated carbon layer in the pre-filter. The foam material is also less dense than the original Dyson filter. Not sure if this will affect long term operation but remember they are not the same.
