🔧 K&N Power Kleen: Heavy Duty Air Filter Cleaner and Degreaser - Restore Engine Performance with 1 Gallon 99-0638 Solution Review

I have been using this product for years to clean the air filters on my small race cars. It is important that your reusable filters perform at their maximum.

Bottle opened en route I don't think they thought to check the cap to make sure it was sealed OR taped it like most other retailers to glue. Damn expensive for 1/2 bottle. But the box must be very clean.

My Hellcat makes a lot of noise and of course moves a lot of air. This volume purifier will come in handy with a K&N air filter as I change it monthly during the summer. Too many bugs and other things are attracted to the compressor. As easy as cake.

I received a 32 ounce bottle of air filter cleaner but it didn't come with a spray nozzle. The sprayer is clearly visible in the picture and the name says "spray" for 32 ounces. I was disappointed and had to find a spray bottle to put it in. But the cleaner does a good job with the air filter.

I previously bought a white bottle cleaner (K&N Filters 99-0635). It worked very well. I bought this product thinking "Heavy Duty" meant better. It's the exact opposite. This product is intended for use in trailer filters. These filters do not require oil, so this solution is much weaker. It may work well for its intended purpose, but there isn't enough cleaning agent on oily filters. Too bad they didn't specify an ideal option for oiled filters.
